Your 10-minute first win
The fastest path to a result is also the one that respects your time.
- Open
AGENT-SYSTEM.md— the master prompt. Read the boot sequence at the top (about 2 minutes). - Open your AI tool of choice. If you have Claude Code, Cursor, or another coding agent that can read and write files, point it at the kit folder and say: "Read AGENT-SYSTEM.md and begin."
- If you're in chat mode (ChatGPT, Claude chat, and similar), paste the entire contents of
AGENT-SYSTEM.mdas your first message. - Answer the 5 intake questions. The agent asks them one at a time, in plain words. Rough answers are fine.
- Confirm the 5-line summary the agent writes back. This is your "yes, that's me" moment. Once you say yes, the agent takes it from there.

Your first week, plain
A calm rhythm. No "publish today" pressure.
- Day 0 (today): run the boot sequence and answer the intake.
- Day 1–2: the agent scores 2–3 niche candidates and shows you the math, with honest evidence labels.
- Day 3–4: approve the niche and the First Useful Version plan (5 pages, no more).
- Day 5: review the source packets the agent builds before any page is written. This is the honesty step — your one job here is to read, not to write.
- Day 6–7: the agent drafts the FUV. You read it, edit lightly, and run the verification pass.
The kit respects the fact that the 10% only you can do (your name on disclosures, your affiliate program applications, your decision about what counts as a real recommendation) takes a few days of attention, not an afternoon.
Refunds, kindly

One honest boundary: the kit cannot refund you for the 10% only you can do, because we cannot do that part for you. We will be clear about that boundary, and we will be generous at the margin. A cheap refund preserves the honesty brand and costs little; we will keep choosing that.
