By using affiliateagentkit.com (the "site") or any product sold through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the products.

2. What we provide

The site offers free educational content, free tools and templates, and a paid product (Affiliate Agent Kit). We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that the site or the kit will be uninterrupted or error-free. The kit is provided as described in the kit page and its included documentation.

3. What we do not promise

We do not promise rankings, traffic, affiliate-program approvals, or revenue. Affiliate marketing involves effort, learning, traffic acquisition, and compliance. Earnings are never guaranteed.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the site and the kit lawfully and honestly.
• Do not republish, resell, or redistribute the kit or the site's content without written permission.
• Comply with the disclosure, tax, and consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction and in every affiliate program you join.

Refunds for the kit follow the policy on the kit page and in the kit itself: 30 days, no drama, with the honest boundary that the kit does not refund you for the 10% only you can do.

The site links to and integrates with third-party services (hosting, email, payments, analytics). We are not responsible for the practices of those services. We choose providers we trust, but their terms govern their services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site and the kit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the kit. Our total liability for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
