Privacy Policy

Plain language: what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

The short version

We collect the minimum we need to run this site and answer your questions. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.

What we collect

  • Email address — if you subscribe to the newsletter, request a download, or write to us.
  • Server logs — basic request data (IP, user agent, page requested) kept by our hosting provider for a short period, used to keep the site secure and diagnose problems.
  • Aggregated analytics — a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Rybbit) counts page views and referrers. It does not require an account and does not set advertising cookies.
  • Order data — if you buy the kit, the order is processed by LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record). We receive the order confirmation and your email; payment data is handled by the platform, not by this site.

What we do not collect

  • No advertising trackers. No Facebook Pixel. No Google Ads tag.
  • No third-party tracking pixels in the newsletter emails we send.
  • No sale or rental of email addresses or contact information.

How we use what we collect

  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to (one issue a week, occasional important kit updates).
  • To deliver downloads, receipts, and product support.
  • To keep the site running, secure, and reasonably fast.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies (for example, to remember your newsletter form state) and one first-party analytics cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter with one click from the footer of any email. We remove your address immediately.
  • Request access or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing {{SUPPORT-EMAIL}}.
  • Ask a question. If anything on this page is unclear, write to us — we read every message and reply on working days.

Where data is stored

Email subscriptions are stored with a reputable email service provider. Order data is stored by the platform that processes your purchase. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider. We choose providers that publish their security practices and that allow us to delete data on request.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, explain the change on the homepage. Material changes to how we handle email will come with a one-click unsubscribe and the option to delete your address.
